Service Description

Invest in your child's education with our premium 1:1 tutoring service with a trained and experienced teacher. Our personalised approach is perfect for both catch up and enrichment styles of tutoring, ensuring that your child receives the support and attention they need to excel in their studies. 30 minute or hour long sessions available.

Cancellation Policy

Enrichment, Mentoring and Tutoring Programs Terms and Conditions. 1. While whole-term payments are preferable half payments are acceptable if organised before booking. 20% late fees apply for payments over two (2) weeks overdue. 2. A non-refundable deposit of one session is payable at the time of booking. Places will not be held until this deposit is paid in full. 3. The student is required to attend all weekly sessions for the term. There are no make-up sessions or refunds for missed sessions. 4. The tutoring program will continue for the Term. In the case a student is taken out of their tutoring program (by the parent/guardian), 50% of the remaining term’s fees are payable within 7 days. 5. There are no casual sessions or free trial classes. 6. Students are automatically re-registered for the following term in the same timeslot unless moving from Primary to secondary. 7. The student will be taught at their point of need. The parent/guardian acknowledges that Bright Minds Co. Teachers do not complete homework or assignments that are meant to be the student’s own work. 8. The parent/guardian acknowledges that Bright Minds Co. Are not accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof of the Student. 9. The parent/guardian accordingly waives any and all claims arising out of enrolment in the tutoring program. 10. The parent/guardian acknowledges that all materials created by Bright Minds Co. And used in-house or distributed to the student and/or the parent/guardian are the copyright of Bright Minds Co. and agrees not to publish or distribute any portion of any materials created by Bright Minds Co. 11. If, in the opinion of any staff member, the student displays threatening or dangerous behaviour to another student, themselves or any member of staff, the parent/guardian will be called immediately and the student may be asked to leave the Bright Minds Co. program. 12. If a student continually disrupts lessons or is disengaged, parents will be contacted to work out the best way forward. 13. The student must be ready to begin tutoring on time and have all the required equipment. No extra time will be given at the end of a session if a student is not prepared or late. 14. Mobile phones and other electronic devices that may cause a distraction are not to be used by students during sessions (unless working online). 15.
